For the past ten years, I’ve helped people reconnect with their intuitive gifts and develop grounded energetic boundaries.

Through somatic wisdom, intuitive guidance, and spiritual counseling, I help you release the energetic blocks held in your body and spirit that keep you looping in old patterns, second-guessing your instincts, and saying yes when your whole system is telling you no.
